Local Lambs Liver and Bacon, served over Mustard Mash with Caremelised Red Onions and a rich gravy

Oven Baked Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with Gloucestershire Camembert. Served with a Mushroom sauce, sauté potatoes and Vegetables.

West Country Squab Pie, (Tender pieces of lamb shoulder, cooked with apples, leeks and prunes), under short crust pastry served with new potatoes and vegetables.

Sharon’s Homemade Faggots, served with Mustard Mash and Homemade Mushy Peas.

Slow Cooked Lamb Shank, served over a bed of Champ, with a rich red wine gravy.

Oxtail Braised in Guinness with Cannellini Beans, simply served with Mashed potato.

Local Mutton and Caper Cobbler, accompanied by Jersey Royals.

Pan Fried Fillets of Red Snapper, served over a Spring Onion and Tomato Risotto, accompanied by a dressed Side Salad.

New Forest Barramundi, whole fish oven baked and finished with Basil & Black Olive butter, served with new potatoes and vegetables.

Homemade Stilton, Leek and Walnut Pie, in Short crust Pastry with Chips and a Dressed Mixed Salad.
